 Brandi joined F & G in May of 2005 as Accounting Clerk. She had formerly worked as a customer service rep and data entry clerk for AAA automobile association and attended UNO with a major in accounting. Brandi's attention to detail and accuracy are key factors in the high level of trust our customers have expressed regarding our billing practices. Brandi also handles and/or redirects all calls coming into the F & G administrative office. She strives to handle each customer's inquiry in a friendly and courteous manner, assuring that they promptly receive the information they are requesting and that their experience with our company is one of complete and total satisfaction. | ||||
